The “world café” method arrived at the 4th High School of Chalandri

A few days ago, a special participatory design workshop was held with the team from the B2 class of the 4th High School of Chalandri!

On the occasion of the study for the energy upgrade of the school building by Energy Profit, the students shared their views on the condition of the school building with three engineers from the company, as well as with experts from the Municipality of Chalandri, Deputy Mayor for Technical Services Elena Christouli, and engineer Kostis Masouras. During the energy tour we had implemented with the group, the students had already identified and recorded some problems at the school, and now they had the opportunity to discuss their proposals for the heating/cooling and ventilation system, lighting, energy saving, and reducing the carbon footprint of their school building. cooling and ventilation system, lighting, energy saving, and reducing the carbon footprint of their school building.

Everyone took a stand on all the issues and, at the end, voted for the proposals they considered most important!
